Apparently, eating spaghetti six nights out of seven isn’t actually healthy. Who would ever have guessed?
Thus I am embarking on PROJECT VEGETABLE!! (Said in a super-hero-cartoon-ish way.) Goals: 1. eat more veggies. 2. eat different veggies. 3. use my cookbooks.
